Privacy policy
Last updated 6 September 2026
This policy explains how Byurel Solutions ("Byurel", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects personal information. It covers our website, our chatbot platform, and the services we provide to client businesses.
Byurel Solutions is a sole proprietorship registered in India (GST registration 09CORPN7139G1ZA), with its office at D-141, Sector-10, Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301.
Two different roles
It matters which of these applies to you, because our responsibilities differ.
When you deal with Byurel directly
If you enquire about our services, become a client, or use our platform, we decide how your information is handled and we are responsible for it.
When you message one of our clients
If you message a business that uses our chatbot, that business decides what happens to your information. We process it on their instructions, as their service provider. For requests about your data in those conversations, contact that business directly. If you are unsure who to contact, write to us and we will point you to them.
What we collect
From website visitors
- Information you enter in our enquiry form: name, business name, phone number, email address and your message.
- Basic technical information your browser sends, such as approximate location, browser type and pages viewed. We use this to keep the site working and understand which pages are useful.
From clients
- Business name, address, contact details and registration information.
- Login credentials for our platform. Passwords are stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash and cannot be read by us.
- Business content you give us for your bot or website: products, prices, timings, images and policies.
- Records of payments, invoices and correspondence.
From conversations handled by our platform
- The phone number of the person messaging, and the display name WhatsApp provides.
- The content of messages sent and received, including images and files sent in the conversation.
- Timestamps, delivery status and which chatbot answers were sent.
We do not read these conversations except where it is necessary to operate, support or repair the service, or where the law requires it.
Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and provide the services you have asked for.
- To operate the chatbot: matching a message to the right answer and delivering the reply.
- To show a client the conversations and enquiries their own bot has received.
- To keep accounts secure, prevent misuse and diagnose faults.
- To issue invoices and keep the records Indian law requires.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use the content of client conversations to advertise to anyone, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models of our own.
Who else is involved
Delivering this service means other companies necessarily process some of the information.
- Meta Platforms operates WhatsApp and delivers every message. Its own terms and privacy policy apply to that delivery.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers store the platform and its database.
- Artificial intelligence providers, where a client has chosen an AI chatbot. In that case the customer's message and the business information supplied by the client are sent to the AI provider so a reply can be generated.
- Payment and accounting services, for invoicing and records.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Where information is stored
Information may be stored or processed outside India by the providers listed above. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a comparable standard.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries from our website: up to two years from the last contact.
- Client account and business content: for as long as the account is active.
- Conversation records: for as long as the client's account is active, or a shorter period if the client asks.
- Invoices and financial records: for the period Indian tax law requires.
When a client account closes, we delete or irreversibly anonymise its data within ninety days, except where we are required to keep records.
How we protect it
Traffic to our platform is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Access tokens for connected WhatsApp accounts are stored encrypted. Access to client data is restricted to what is needed to run and support the service. Each client's data is isolated so that one client cannot see another's.
No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your information we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
Your rights
Subject to Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you may ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete information we no longer have a reason to keep;
- stop using your information for a particular purpose.
Write to hello@byurel.com and we will respond within thirty days. Where the information belongs to a conversation with one of our clients, we will forward your request to that business.
Children
Our services are meant for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Cookies
This website uses only what is necessary for it to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our client platform uses a cookie to keep you signed in.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes affecting clients will be notified by email.
